Hello weekend

What to do -

Find $8 to pay my bonus money - if I win this week I get $200 and God knows I could do with some extra cash to feed my food addictions. Don't ask what pogesi is. If you don't live in Samoa, you will never understand or appreciate the "pogesi". :)

Tomorrow my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will hold a samaga for their pe'as. Hello they're like practically geriatrics ae koe fia ka la pe'a lol. So it will be a huge family gathering with lots of food ordered from Mandarin.

My mission this weekend is to look for a new dvd store that I haven't been to and don't have an overdue account. Lol. I must be infamous in the dvd rental world. I get texts every week from various rentals - "Hi this is Muvis4U, just a reminder you still have an outstanding amount and would appreciate if u could pay it soon." So - last resort is Sho-Star video or Mad Mels. Tinto will DIE if she doesn't get a dvd tonight - or so she threatened me this morning - "Mummy where is my dvd? I want my dvd. I WANT MY DVD!!!"

Still on movies - I got out a Korean series because I was bored, I'd finished the Filipino series I was on, there were no new Mexican ones, and I'm still waiting for new seasons of Brothers & Sisters (Bros & Hoes as Henry calls it), Lie to Me and House. Anyway I usually have an aversion to Korean movies because it takes forever to get through a series AND the subtitles are awful, absolutely awful. So I got out "Brilliant Legacy" - and what do you know, I've been staying up to 2am every night watching it. Well, me, the hubby & my mum. I know right, the hubby will actually forgo a night out to watch it - shows how good it is. Lol.

I've a big presentation due on Monday and I should be working on it now, but I'd rather procrastinate. I'll come in on Sunday to finish it off. You know, somewhere in between toanai and the 5 hour-naps which is my Sunday ritual. Lol.
