It's a.......

Newsflash: I am pregnant with child #3. Who would've imagined that in the span of 4 years, I would have 3 children. This is what I get for talking shit about people who have kids one after the other.

When I found out I was pregnant, I was happy and then dismayed. The timing was just so wrong. Eden wasn't even 1, and how could I be so unfair to her as to have another child to take away the attention from her in her first years. My plan for Tino was perfect - she had 3 whole years to herself to grow and enjoy being THE BABY. I wanted the same for Eden, poor child. So that was reason number one. Secondly, I was just getting back on track with work and life in general after Baby #2, and then...ANOTHER??

So those were my qualms. This does not negate the fact that I am HAPPY to have this child and I was so looking forward to finally having a boy - and then draw the line in the sand.

Until today.

I went today for a scan just to find out the gender of this baby. After almost 20 mins of rolling the scanner thing over my burgeoning stomach, with the poor doctor about to give up, he finally saw something. In my mind I was thinking "Doctor, you better pray that what you're seeing is BALLS". Then the doctor said "Oh there it is. You see the labia right there in the corner?" MotherFuk!! If it isn't the start of my very own netball team - or rugby team at the rate Tinto's going. Lol. Well that's what happens for hoping and HOPING for a boy - and don't forget Cheeku has TEN sisters and he is the only brother. Are we saying I'm going to try for ten before getting a boy? Over my dead, alcohol-ridden body.

So yes...IT'S A GIRL!!!
